As EV firms establish their operations in Ontario, they are looking to build related R&amp;D facilities. However, many firms find significant challenges in staffing these facilities.<\/p>\n<p>EVIO will partner with firms across the EV supply chain to understand the technologies they are seeking to develop. From the roadmaps of these technology development ambitions at EV firms, EVIO\u2019s team of experts will identify the R&amp;D challenges that need to be solved for the next technology to be shaped in Canada and match these to advanced \u201ctrainees\u201d \u2013 master\u2019s and PhD students and post-doctoral fellows.
